Pathetic Policy

You have a pathetic policy that encourages your drivers to be pathetic too. I went outside while the driver was 2 minutes away so I spent the exact time if not more that he spent waiting in the wrong building; I sent him multiple messages telling him he's in the wrong building, I gave him directions of where to go and he didn't move, I called him 4 times telling him the building is far and he did nothing about it because he knows he will be protected as long as he waits the required time. What abut the fact that he left my food outside of a building that I specifically told him that I'm not in? What about the fact that he left the food on top of a damn signage, not even at a door? All you can tell me is that he waited the required time, but where did he wait? Are you telling that your drivers can just go anywhere close to the address and leave parcels outside as long as they waited the required time? Take accountability please and do better! Stop being arrogant about flawed policies
