Pathetic. Just pathetic

I wish I could give this so-called delivery service a minus rating. The drivers are unreliable, the service is pathetic and overall bad management.

I placed an order, it was made and I can confirm it was made by the restaurant, driver picked it up and then cancelled the order. I’m sure he coined the free food, the restaurant still gets paid and the customer gets refunded, while Ubereats still pays for the meal.... how is that in any way a service?! And upon complaining they respond with a pathetic generated response... as If I’m not already frustrated, now I’m hungry, irritated and frustrated. Uber Eats should be cancelled. Mr D food is more reliable.
