Pathetic food delivery service

There should be an option for zero stars.

I ordered food from KFC and when the driver arrived it was not the correct order. He had delivered my order to the stop before mine- a considerably different order and told me he doesn’t understand what is going on.

Since UberEats doesn’t have a telephone line, you can only contact them via message. Since 19:51 this evening after trying for 10 minutes to explain to the driver that this was the wrong order, I have sent them more than 10 messages and they have not responded to a single one of them. They ask that you upload a picture of the incorrect food received but being an honorary person, I told the driver I don’t want the food because it isn’t mine and sent it back. Funny how the person who took my 10 piece family treat at the first stop didn’t look at the bag and question why their streetwise 2 was much heavier than it should be!!!! I would very much like my R377 back from UberEats if they ever find the time to respond to me!!!

Sadly this is not the first time this has happened to me with UberEats- the last time, my food never arrived at all!!!!
