Pathetic feedback from UberEats

I placed an order and PAID for certain items Eds Express in Brooklyn, upon receipt of the delivery, 2 were completely missing. I subsequently logged a query about missing items. A few minutes later my friend comes and asks for the wings I ordered for her as I gave her chicken strips. Only to notice they failed to give wings and only added strips. I logged a further request for this same order. UberEats however informs me that my behaviour in requesting to be refunded is unacceptable and they will not refund me for this. Bearing in mind - I ORDERED FOOD, PAID FOR IT and the restaurant failed to deliver all of it and what they delivered, was wrong, but my behaviour in requesting this to be corrected is not accepted Use other delivery options instead!!!!!!
