Pathetic

Pathetic service really...I ordered food on Friday night and Thursday night this week via uber eats and on both nights the food was not delivered ....the driver did not even phone me...I just saw on the app that the driver said he delivered the food...when I phoned all I was told is that I will very refunded on the uber eats app and that was it...it was late and no food on two days...refunds will only be done in 3 to 5 days....so what do I do in the meantime
