Pathetic driver expirience + he stole from me

I am disgusted in the driver's service and the outcome I am left with. He firstly had me wait outside on the road for 30 mins even though I wrote clear instructions when making the order. 2ndly he shows up with freezing cold food which I will not pay for. To top it off I am still being charged on the app for the meal (which he took with him) this indicates he wishes for me to pay for a meal he clearly shared with his family because I refused to pay. I feel I have been ****** and now cannot use the app any longer.
