Pathetic Dishonest service

On the 15th of December I ordered from KFC. I am relatively new to the app and it's settings so I did not know if my setting was on COD or debit. It was on debit but when the driver came she advised me it was COD and I paid her. Later on a debit for the same amount went out. R500 for a simple KFC meal!??? I contacted uber eats and after multiple calls to the driver and uber I couldn't get through. I logged a complaint on the app and was told since I paid outside of the help they can not help. No attempt to even contact the driver nothing. I am extremely upset. Not only did the order take so long to arrive but also this kind of blatant theft is rediculous and no reassurance from the company.
