Pathetic delivery service

On Friday evening we ordered food with uber eats . First thank you McDonald's Haasendal the food was awesome a bit cold but that is, due to the driver taking his own time to do the delivery. We called him and never answered his phone it took 2hours for the food to get to us. He did not respond to our messages either. When he eventually arrived he told us, his friend needed help and thats what he did first before collecting our food from McDonald's. I mean really now! Pathetic service! And the uber eats app is **** with no decent platform to complain. I did so on the app and no response! Wont be getting my support again!
