Pathetic customer support

I'm utterly disappointed and upset by Uber eats. I ordered some pasta from a restaurant in durban north this evening at 17:11. I noticed at 17:53 the order was marked as completed, however, I didn't receive anything order. The amount was obviously deducted from my accounted. I called the restaurant to enquire the drivers name and contact number from the manager. The drivers name was Justin and his phone number went to voice-mail. Trying to contact ubers customer service is so difficult. Nobody answers and calls hardly go through. Extremely disappointed and appaulled with Uber eats customer service and the caliber of drivers they employ. Pathetic service! If i could, negative stars would be awarded.
