Pathetic customer service, they aren’t refunding missing items

I wish I could give them negative stars. Their customer support is abysmal and my order arrived with more than half the items missing. They are not processing a refund and when I’m chatting to support they are sending me the exact same standard message without taking into account what I’m saying. I will never use this service again, it’s disappointing. Not only was I left with less items, now I can’t even get my money back for something I did not receive.
