Pathetic customer service from Uber eats
I have never been so annoyed in my entire life. I placed an order with chicken licken via uber eats at 11:45, was given an estimated arrival time of 12:20 the time later changed to 12:40 and after that my order was cancelled. I then went to the chicken licken that my order was going to come from and was told that uber cancelled it because they couldn't locate a courier for me.
How in the hell do you make a person wait for an hour for their food and then cancel it.
This is unacceptable and a total disrespect to your customers.
Chicken licken in question is the West street branch

I wrote a complaint a couple of days ago and till this day I have not received any feedback. Is this the kind representation you have of your business? Coz clearly you're going down stream FAST.
