Pathetic customer service

Placed an order through ubereats with steers restaurant. Driver left my food on a curb at the wrong address. I explicitly selected for him to meet me at the door. He then blocked my number when I dried to call him. I’ve logged a ticket with ubereats as they have no contact number to which I’ve received no response. So now I haven’t received my order nor have I received my delivery
