Pathetic Customer Service and NO Sign of Improvement!!!

I have had 4 drivers cancel my order, due to the fact that I paid online and not in cash. The order took over 1.30 min and then Uber Eats cancelled my order. Your customer support team just copies and pastes scripted replies, nothing is personal and my issue was NOT resolved. This is a persistent issue in my area and evidence would suggest that Uber has done nothing to improve it.
