Pathetic customer service

Ordered food at 11:30am At 12:45 my food still hadnt been delivered I tried contacting the deiver multiple times via messages and calls and ignored them all. At 13:05pm he contacts me to tell me he got stuck for petrol, marked da order as deliverd and never delivered the food for me, and i was charged for it. When i had contacted the call centre inwas told to “wait a lottle longer for my food”.
