Pathetic customer service

Have received the Incorrect order too many times and waited abnormally long for food thats ordered from literally down the road. This last order is the last straw. Ordered food from mc donalds worth over R200 for my fiance and I. Upon arrival my fiancé noticed the driver was in a car when the app said the driver would arrive on a motorcycle and when checking the food told the driver this is the wrong order and he just drove off. I phoned the driver provided through the app who just said I can phone uber eats and order again- after already waiting an hour for this wrong order to arrive! The app has no call option for support and over 20 minutes later my report on their “online support chat” has not been answered. From previous experiences however I can bet I wont be receiving much support as they have demonstrated many times they have no interest in providing good customer care. I will never be using them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
