pathetic and disgusting service from uber eats!!! debited account? food not delivered?

I ordered food via uber eats and waited for an hour, went to collect and it turns out the delivery guy was not there my food had NOT been delivered yet the uber eats app showed that it was delivered and they even went on to debit my account for the food i haven't received. this is very pathetic and disgusting service from uber eats!!!
