Pathetic

The absolute worst!! The app had not app**** my promo (as it said) and placed the order without me confirming, tried to cancel how many times, the amount was deducted and I was notified the amount will come off my next order as I refused to accept it, besides the fact of me cancelling it, trying to contact them, deducting the amount anyway and the food arriving hours later ice cold. Try contact them and no response at all.
