Pathetic

Will never use this service again after my experience today!!! The driver keeps changing the routes and has now been driving around with the food for over 30 minutes and he’s still 15 minutes away. I’ve complained, tried to speak to an agent who was completely unhelpful and landed up ending the chat with me without actually helping me sort out the issue.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
