Pascal uber driver ***** and no delivery

Waited 2 hours for the order, your driver told me to collect it from him in Harrison street. Since when do drivers instruct paying customers to collect food?? Or should I say to walk into the dangerous Jo'burg cbd and come collect my order. The driver drove around for an hour before collecting my order and then another hour passed and still nothing yet the order is marked as completed. Order number 25FBD FYI. Shocking assistance from Parish on chat line so unhelpful and bad attitude just told me that delays are normal and that I must reorder my food. ****ing joke of a company if this is how you operate. Are you gonna charge me for this???? Or must I lay a charge of theft at the saps?????? ****ing shocking and disgusting customer service I will never use your ******* company again. I expect pascal and arish to be dealt with and I want an apology from uber. I'd ask for my food but even when I was a paying customer that didn't arrive so I won't hold my breath coz I might just die. If I could give zero stars I would.

I would NOT recommend.

I heard taxify is way more reliable. Will give them a try.
