Partial Refund, Wrong order received

We placed an order for delivery, the entire order was incorrect. The driver took the parcel back. Ubereats charges a service fee and a driver's tip was paid yet only the order amount was refunded. Terrible service with no real apology or concern for their customers satisfaction. Wont use their service again if you can call it that!
