Paid pizza but never received

Hi, im very dissapointed with the driver named Gustave cell number ***, he was supposed to deliver our pizza at 15:30 yesterday the 28th of December 2024 from Debonairs in Newlands. He called and asked us to come and collect our pizza at the garage, we told him to come to the address we gave him on his app because we stay very far from the garage but he refused and never delivered our pizza till today. We were told we wont get a refund because the driver did come to deliver hence he never showed up. Im very dissapointed
