PAID ORDER NEVER DELIVERD

On Saturday, 24 October 2026, I ordered two large pizzas from Debonnaires in Pretoria West, BP Garage in Church Street through Uber Eats sadly the order has never arrived, I went to Debonnaires to enquire about the issue at hand and I was told that since the order was not from their App there was nothing they could do however they provided me with the register of all the orders collected that evening only to find that the person who collected the order was Joseph/Louise, his contact number *** was also on the register I called back and he was chewing while speaking and he literally told me that he was busy eating and it happen that he was eating the order I was waiting for. I am very disappointed with how Uber eats are handling the matter because since Saturday, I have never heard anything from them; meaning my money just went through the drain. how do i trust Uber Eats again?
