Paid for food.. Driver drove off with it..

Last night I placed an order with credit R81 and wanting to pay difference in cash R45..

The driver got to my complex standing far from my apartment. It was raining and he kept messaging me saying 'come out, come out' check his phone records!! I then said to him he needs to come to my door as I requested food 'meet at door' as it was raining and I'm 9months pregnant and it's stairs down.

He then refused and I asked him what the balance with him is so I can take cash. As I wanted to leave because I was tired of waiting as my kids were hungry. He just left with the oder and I tried calling him but he switched the phone off.

This is unexpecteble!!! ? ? I was charged full for no food and all your team is telling me I have to rate the driver n restaurant. I already rated the driver a 0.. Why should I rate the restaurant. They didn't do anything. This is all your fault!!! ?

I just want my money back as I didn't get any food and don't see why I should no for not getting any food!!! ?
