Paid for food but never received

I ordered food from uber eats and never received my food but money was deducted from my account , sent emails to get help with a refund but no feed back till date. On my orders it shows food delivered but I never got the food at all , called the reasturant and they said they cant do anything about it. Uber eats must solve
