Paid for an order that was never delivered

In March 24,21:50, I placed an order at KFC Sanctuary.Waited for the order until ETA passed.Then I called the store.They told me they were closed and money had been deducted from my Account.

Next day I sent the complaint with UberEats more twice.There was no reply. Today again I sent a follow up complaint.They told me that the complaint is more than 48 hours they can not help me.

On top of it.There is no option to even reply explaining the whole story
