Paid for an order that never arrived

I placed an order on my app which took tood hours, I orderd a pizza from debonairs maponya mall which cost 187 creamy chicken triple dekker, I text the driver to ask how far he is as jabulani mall is not that far from me but after he collected took about more than 30 minutes the drivers name is Nicholas, I then got a receipt saying my pizza was delivered whiles I never received it. I've never had such bad services, I have im afraid of leaving the house during this trying time, and now I have to go through such ridiculous customer serves. Under eats has a tendency of not refunding people for proceeded order that are recorded as delivered and never arrive now I'm going to through the same ****!
