Paid for an order I never received

I placed a big order I May however upon processing the order it would not go through so I decided to order elsewhere. I tried removing the order that was stuck in my account for months but I could not remove it or cancel it. Yesterday I tried placing a new order on Uber One and my account was debited for the offer in May which was stuck in my account. In other words I paid for an order which I never received because there system is *****ed up and they refuse to refund me. This has now left a very bitter taste in my mouth as they will not reimburse me as the issue is on there side.
