Paid cash and was charged on my card

I placed an order. I paid the driver a cash amount of R120-98 (20% tip included).The order amount of R99-65 (tip excluded) then went off my bank account. The tip amount then also went off thus making it R120-98. I tried calling the driver a few times to return with my cash but he does not answer. His name is Dieudonne and his number is ***.
