Paid but no food

I'll never order from you guys again I paid over R200 for a order that never arrived, never in my life had I received such bad service I've waited whole night for my order, contacted the driver Zeno multiple times he didn't answer, phoned him also no answer, so who did he give the food to?? So I'm paying for someone else to eat what I've waited and paid for. I can't contact the store because they're already closed.

Uber says they can't refund me, my money is good enough to take but I don't get what I paid for!! 😡
