Paid 2 pizzas got 1,NO REFUND?

I ordered 2 pizzas from Romans One Chicken Mayo Feta & Bacon Avo Feta. My payment then went off for the 2 pizzas and then i got notification that The bacon avo feta isn't available and ive got 10mins to choose another pizza so i did and it was a BBQ Chicken. And i only received one pizza and paid for two. I've sent in my complaint twice and no response from UberEats. Tried calling but the lines are supposedly busy all the time. Long story shoet i pad for 2 pizzas and got one. No refund.
