Overcharged on orders and not being refunded

I had a problem with uber eats charging me twice for 1 order. This has happened twice now and a complaint was lodged but nothing was done about this issue This has happened for the third time again and there still hasnt been a refund I'm extremely disappointed in the uber eats service and ripping people off I would like my money back and I'd like for it to be returned to my actual account and not my ubereats account
