Overcharged for previous order and hair on my food

I was charged more and they never returned my money even though they assured it will be deducted once I order again in future.. which I did but still I had to pay full price. After I recieve my current order after being overcharged for the previous one I find a small strand of hair on my chillie cheese fries the hair color was black and currently I'm wearing a different color on my head so sad..😔
