Overcharged food

On the 1st Jan 2022 I ordered food cash on Uber eats worth R178 and I payed the driver on delivery and then I ordered food with my card on the 1st feb worth R225 and I got deducted the R178 that I payed for cash the month before with the R225. I tried reporting it for a whole month and calling Uber eats but have gotten no response or solution to this terrible experience. For such a big business to not be able to resolve or get back to me in time is so disheartening. Very disappointed.
