overcharged and ubereats refuses to refund me

I was overcharged with the stores confirmation that I was overcharged and I haven't been refunded or offered any kind of credit instead I get copy paste responses of how they sorry its not the outcome I was hoping for and that they cant look any further into matter and thanking me for understanding?What the actual?I frequently use ubereats and this is beyond shady , I want my refund!!
