Overcharged!!!!!

I got over overcharged lastweek .I reported this on the ube app but still I haven't receive any email.or phone call...my items were R249 ..however they took 250 on my bank card and another R250 om my ewallet voucher I'm very passed cz how come they not picking this up I've asked to raise a complaint however nothing happened bad experience ever .I need my money back
