Over R500, 00 Missing by Accidental Subscription

I was ordering in July through Uber Eats and accidentally pressed subscription for Uber One for a longer period and it immediately debited R500 from my account, I messaged Uber One to indicate this incident as an honest mistake and they acknowledged the have received the amount and will deposit back to my card. I have been following up ever since, nothing came through and they are quiet with no response.
