OVER CHARGED

i was charged R63.60 over my initial order i broke down the costs for them in all my communications with them and still they treat me like i am a craze client who doesnt know her business. they so quick to debit our accounts and yet so so so ridiculously slow to fix their mistakes. i have spoken to 4 consultants and still no solution *******
