Over an hour wait for food delivered by Uber Eats

I ordered lunch for myself and a business colleague on Tuesday the 20th of March 2018 at 13:41pm. The ETA provided by Uber was 14:15 as the restaurant was situated in close proximity to my office. My business colleague had an appointment at 15:00 and had to leave the office by 14:30. The Uber driver got lost, after I sent him numerous messages and called him to explain where my office was situated. Eventually at 14h55 the food was delivered....one hour and 14 minutes later! My business partner had to unfortunately leave for his appointment without his lunch. This type of service is unacceptable and I will not use Uber Eats or recommend them to anyone else in future. Come on Uber jack up your service!!!
