ORDERS NOT DELIVERED...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have orders twice today from Shell Noortgasig at 8am and also Pedros Chicken, Dobsonville Mall Order #3E209 at 10h00 both orders paid online. Both orders never arrived even after ubereats confirmed that the driver Sibusiso is on its way. No one phoned whatsoever and orders confirmation email received that the orders were delivered while I am still waiting for orders till now at 13h52. What a disgraceful service.
