Orders more than R400 value not delivered

Ubereats worst service provider in fast food delivery: Ubereats automatically placed orders themselves on the app, not asking for confirmation even. They then sent out their delivery people which got lost and couldn't find our house, then all the orders were marked by them as delivered, but we didn't receive any food. Money worth more than R400 was deducted from our bank account. Their so called chat assistance line didn't even assist us an ened the chats repeatedly. Ubereats does not have a contact number on website, app or google. My wife gets a salary of R3000 I feel this is **************** to deduct this money from her bank account, and would possibly consider opening a police case if this issue does not get resolved.
