Subject: Urgent Concern: UberEats Service & Lack of Accountability

Dear UberEats Support Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and accountability experienced today. I placed an order from Akhalwayas at 12:25 PM, yet after an hour, there was no communication regarding the delay. Upon reaching out to the driver, he informed me that his vehicle had broken down. Shortly after, he switched off his phone, leaving me with no means of contacting him or holding UberEats accountable.

This is not the first time I have encountered such issues. For a platform that processes significant transactions, the absence of ethical responsibility and effective communication is unacceptable. I strongly urge UberEats to reassess its complaint resolution and communication processes to ensure better customer service.

I expect a formal response on how this matter will be addressed.
