Ordered Food and never received them

I ordered food worth R323.70 They told me driver waited 8minutes and they cant refund, I was not even called, on the second I received a message I went outside there was no one, I asked kids to check down the streets they came back told me driver didn't give them food he just drove off with the food. I asked UberEats what's so special about this driver refusing to give an order or leave it where he is then take a picture and get a pin from me, they told me they will review. There was no picture taken to serve as proof of delivery nor pin given, nor call made to show means of contact. Now if UberEats give authority to drivers to take our food and sell them they should hold them responsible for compensating such. They took my R323.70 that I would have donated to people who actually need food and not a driver who obviously have means to provide for themselves. This is really absurd it is slot of money and they just keep reaping off customers.
