Ordered food and it never arrived, lost my money.

I ordered food from Nene's in Auckland Park Johannesburg. The uber driver apparently arrived and left. I was at the gate the whole time and did not see any uber delivery guy.

He left with my food and the restaurant number is not going through. I do not have my food, I lost my money. and order says completed. The driver's name is Athwanzire.
