Order wrong and wouldn't correct.

Worst service! my order was incorrect and they refuse to collect the correct order and bring me the correct order. Then on the helpline they ask me to email the help centre to which they tell there is nothign they can do. REDICULOUS! Its an error on your part with one of your food providers and there is nothign that can be done? UNREAL!
