Order WELL in advance with Uber Eats

<p>Ordered food with Uber Eats at 11:47 today.</p> <p>1. The R100 off your first order? Is that not misleading? Saw nothing of the kind during my order process...</p> <p>2. The driver could not find the restaurant - he called me for directions to a place I've only ever seen in the Uber Eats App.</p> <p>3. I placed 2 requests on the Uber Eats app for support and nothing came of it.</p> <p>4. I called the Uber Eats Support line, was placed on hold for 6 minutes, and then got a request to tell them if my isues has been resolved - without actually having spoken to anyone!?!?!</p> <p>5. The delivery took 1 hour and 44 minutes - for a restaurant 2.6km from my office.</p> <p>6. At elast I was issued a R50 voucher for the slow delivery - pity I'll never use it. Deleting the Uber Eats app now...</p>
