Order was not delivered but I was charged for the order!

My order was never delivered but they took my money, this is a whole ****!!!they don't even reply to my emails or ask the side of my story😡 the driver said he left the food by the parking🤦🤦🤦is that part of the ubereats policy🤷so unprofessional and its a big **** becausr they cant deliver my food or refund me!
