order was never received

I ordered from Roman's pizza through Ubereats. I have been in contact with them since the day of my order and no one is keen to assist with delivery. The driver updated my order status saying the order was delivered successfully but I never received my order. Even the picture uploaded on the App is at the Sasol garage which is clearly not my house. Ubereats wont refund me or credit my uber account.
