Order was never delivered

So Friday night I order mac feast with Uber eats, the order was order at McDonald's. Now the driver name Ayodele when he got to my place he requested a pin like always before an order is handed over to me, boom the guy drove away with my order. I requested assistance from Uber eat and they are telling that I received an order. What nonsense is that?
