Order was cancelled with no explanation or apology

If there was a lower rating I could give, I would. Atrocious service. Still waiting on feedback on their "investigation" re an order of mine I placed months ago that never arrived. They made me wait over an hour only to cancel it with no explanation. Every time I follow up, they close the chat. UberEats is clearly not interested in resolving issues nor do they value customers. I've deleted the app and have only ordered from MrD since then.
