Order status: delivered but never received it

You guys just ruined my day, I only got notification that my order has been delivered but never received it , I called KFC the workshop and they tried to call the driver he is not picking up, The lady from KFC called you and you advised that I need to call as the customer, I have spoken to your agent Ryan and he advised that the store needs to call after telling me that they can not refund me cos the order was delivered.My question still stands, where is my order????and he never called me, I only received an automated call advising that the driver is by the reception but, I was at the reception as well, there was no order, I sent him a message no response,
